The synthesis from the solution is a powerful tool for the synthesis of nanostructures. Particularly attractive are the synthesis process involving aqueous solutions, as they are generally less expensive and more environmentally friendly.
Over the years, we developed several approaches for the synthesis of nanostructures of simple and complex oxides from aqueous solutions. In some cases, we integrated the synthesis with the soft-lithography process in order to develop complex 2D and 3D structures.
